Best bar by Kiss My Keto to stay in ketosis. From all the bars, Cookie dough chocolate would be the only option I’d give a passing score. Overall, I am not impressed with the ingredients lists at all. Kiss My Keto relies on coconut and MCT oils as a fat source. Kiss My Keto. Without a doubt, you are brave, strong, smart, and beautiful every day. Doesn’t that feel great? 😍. Out of 490 reviews on the website, only 4 are negative in terms of the product not working for the consumer. There are quite a few reviews that one of the flavors (lemon-lime) is not very palatable, however there are no other negative reviews in regards to the product not doing its job and providing the shared benefits.
